Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-11. This page explains what LLC and Payroll collects, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address or payment details. We use Google Analytics to count visits, and some outbound links may be affiliate links that tell a company the visit came from us.
Affiliate links
LLC and Payroll may take part in affiliate programs run by companies or by affiliate networks. When you follow one of these links and buy or sign up, the company may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
An affiliate link can set a cookie in your browser, placed by the company or by the affiliate network that runs the program, so the company can tell that the visit came from this site. That cookie is governed by that company's own privacy policy, not ours. We never see your order, your payment details or your identity - only aggregate reports.
We disclose this at the top of every page and next to the links themselves, in line with the Federal Trade Commission's guides on endorsements and testimonials.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or search that sent you. We use this only in aggregate to decide what to write and update next. When you click a link to another site, we may record which link was clicked, again only in aggregate.
Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site's cookies come from the analytics described above and, if you follow an affiliate link, from the company or network that runs the program. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Advertising
We may in future display advertising served by third parties. Where we do, those providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Any such provider will be named here before it is used.
If you write to us at contact@llcandpayroll.com, we keep your message and address only to reply and to fix whatever you told us about. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else.
Children
This site is written for adults starting or running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information a site holds about you, to have it deleted, or to opt out of its sale or sharing.
